Welcome.

Here you will find information about my psychotherapy and counselling practice.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions and I will do my best to answer them.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working principally from an existential perspective. I undertook my training at the School of Psychology and Psychotherapy at Regent's University, London and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I practice from South Buckinghamshire and North West London in addition to offering sessions either via telephone or video call. Due to the current circumstances in relation to COVID-19, I am currently offering only remote sessions.

I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings including a women’s centre, a mental health charity, and a community hospice. I continue to work with clients in the voluntary sector alongside my private practice.

I take my ethical responsibility very seriously and abide by the UKCP’s ethical principles and codes of professional conduct.
