About Me.
I am a psychotherapist with seven years experience working principally from an existential-phenomenological perspective. I studied at the School of Psychology and Psychotherapy at Regent's University, London where I completed a post-graduate diploma in integrative psychotherapy before going on to further my studies in the existential approach. I am an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I practice in-person from Oxford in addition to offering sessions remotely either via video call or telephone.
I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings including a women’s centre, a mental health charity, and a community hospice.
I take my ethical responsibility very seriously and abide by the UKCP’s ethical principles and codes of professional conduct.
